We aim to provide accurate and high-quality books. Due to the nature of academic books, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in certain approved cases.


1. Eligible for Refund/Replacement

You are eligible ONLY if:

Wrong book delivered

(title/author/edition completely different)

Damaged product received

(book torn, wet, crushed, or defective on arrival)

Missing item in order

(partial shipment issues)


2. Ineligible Cases

Refund/return is NOT allowed when:

  • You ordered the wrong book by mistake
  • You selected the wrong edition/year
  • You changed your mind
  • You found the book cheaper elsewhere
  • Delivery delays due to courier
  • Minor external dents due to shipping pressure

3. Time Window

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof.

After 7 days, we cannot process any claims.


4. Required Proof

Send the following to jbmittal44@gmail.com:

  • Order ID
  • Your Name & Phone Number
  • Photo/video of the issue
  • Description of defect

5. Processing Time

  • Verification: 1–2 business days
  • Refund initiation (if approved): 3–7 business days
  • Replacement shipped within: 2–4 days (if stock available)

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via:

  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank transfer (in some cases)

7. Return Condition

If return is required:

  • Book must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free of writing/marking
  • Accompanied by invoice copy
